1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 777 ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 777-ph.app and all associated services, games, features, and content offered therein.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on 777 ph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or winnings held within them.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 777 ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify 777 ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 777 ph recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account protection.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

777 ph is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777 ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved Philippine payment channels, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, and PESONet. The list of available payment methods may be updated from time to time at the platform's discretion.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on 777 ph is ₱50. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Before a withdrawal request is approved, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified in accordance with our KYC requirements;
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully satisfied;

4.5 Currency

All transactions on 777 ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the player and are determined by the player's payment provider.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 777 ph are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and validity periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. 6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Availability

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777 ph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

777 ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, 777 ph's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12 Amendments

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
